Once an e-book purchase is made, an automated email with a download link will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
DELIVERY OF HARDCOVER BOOKS
Deliveries are typically dropped off at USPS on Tuesdays and Fridays. You will receive a confirmation email when your purchase is made and an additional shipping confirmation email once a tracking number is created.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. If an error was made, please send us an email to info@hansonsanatomy.com and we will resolve the issue for you!
If a book was damaged in transit and you would like a replacement, please send pictures of the damage to info@hansonsanatomy.com and we will coordinate the exchange.
